1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering for EaziMarketing ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our"), you ("User", "you") accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EaziMarketing. Please read them carefully.

2. Description of Service

EaziMarketing is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. Our services include:

• AI-powered content generation for social media and marketing materials
• Automated scheduling and publishing to multiple platforms
• Analytics and performance tracking
• Campaign management and optimization
• Google Ads campaign creation, management, and performance reporting on your own Google Ads account
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign management
• Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Email Verification Required

All new user accounts must verify their email address before accessing the platform. You will receive a verification email upon registration that must be confirmed within 24 hours.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

5. Content Monitoring and Enforcement

We employ both automated systems and human review to monitor content. We reserve the right to:

• Review, modify, or reject any content before or after publication
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content policies
• Report illegal activity to appropriate authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
• Remove content that violates platform policies or these Terms

5.1 Zero Tolerance Policy

Accounts that post prohibited content will be immediately and permanently terminated without warning. This includes:

• Immediate account suspension and data deletion
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts
• Notification to connected social media platforms
• No refunds for any paid services

6. Platform Integration and Permissions

When you connect social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) or advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads):

• You grant EaziMarketing permission to post content and manage campaigns on your behalf
• You must comply with each platform's terms of service and community guidelines
• You remain fully responsible for all content posted and campaigns run on your accounts
• You can disconnect platforms at any time through your account settings
• We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies

6.1 Google Ads Integration

When you connect your Google Ads account:

• You authorise EaziMarketing to create, edit, pause, and manage campaigns on your Google Ads account via the Google Ads API
• All advertising spend is charged directly by Google to your Google Ads account — EaziMarketing does not handle your ad budget
• You are responsible for setting and managing your own daily budgets and billing with Google
• Campaigns created through our platform remain on your Google Ads account if you disconnect
• You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time, and we will immediately cease all API access
• Our use of the Google Ads API complies with the Google Ads API Terms and Policies

7. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All content created and posted through our platform
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Respecting intellectual property rights and obtaining necessary licenses
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Ensuring your content complies with all connected platform policies
• Payment of all fees and charges associated with your account
• Notifying us of any security breaches or unauthorized access

8. Prohibited Uses

In addition to content restrictions, you may not:

• Use our service for illegal activities or purposes
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our systems
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or bans
• Share, sell, or transfer access to your account
• Use our service to harm, harass, stalk, or threaten others
• Violate intellectual property rights or trade secrets
• Create fake accounts or provide misleading information
• Circumvent platform rate limits or posting restrictions
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Extract, scrape, or collect data from our platform without authorization

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide our services.

9.2 Our Platform

EaziMarketing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Subscription and Payments

11.1 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

11.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

11.3 Price and Feature Changes

Prices and plan features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for material price changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new prices and features.

12. Account Termination

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time through:

• Using the account deletion feature in your settings
• Contacting our support team
• Following the data deletion process outlined in our Privacy Policy

12.2 Termination by EaziMarketing

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Posting prohibited content as outlined in Section 4
• Illegal or harmful use of our platform
• Non-payment of fees
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Technical or security concerns
• Behavior that harms other users or our reputation

13. Limitation of Liability

EaziMarketing provides the service "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Content posted by users or third parties
• Third-party platform policy changes or service interruptions
• Service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss
• Account suspensions or bans by connected platforms
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold EaziMarketing harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you create or post through our platform

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing the dispute and your desired resolution.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification
• Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

17. Miscellaneous

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EaziMarketing.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
