Complete guide to deleting your account and data from EaziMarketing and all connected social media platforms.

You have the right to delete your personal data at any time. This page provides comprehensive instructions for:

  • Deleting your EaziMarketing account and all associated data
  • Removing EaziMarketing's access to each connected social media platform
  • Understanding what data gets deleted and when
  • Your rights under GDPR and CCPA

1. Delete Your EaziMarketing Account

Option A: Delete from Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log into your EaziMarketing account at eazimarketing.com
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account
  3. Scroll down to the "Delete Account" section
  4. Click the "Delete Account" button
  5. Confirm your decision when prompted
  6. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Option B: Contact Form Request

Submit a deletion request through our Contact page with:

  • Select category: "Privacy & Data Protection"
  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Include your registered email address
  • Include your account username or user ID (if known)
  • Confirm that you want to permanently delete all your data

Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.

What Gets Deleted:

  • Account information: Name, email, password, business profile
  • Content data: All campaigns, generated content, scheduled posts, media files
  • Social media tokens: Access tokens for all connected platforms (deleted immediately)
  • Usage data: Analytics, engagement metrics, log data
  • Billing information: Payment history (retained for legal/tax purposes only)

Timeline: Data is deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Backup copies are removed within 90 days.

2. Remove Facebook & Instagram Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into your EaziMarketing account
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find Facebook or Instagram
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy
  2. Click "Settings"
  3. Select "Apps and Websites" from the left menu
  4. Search for "EaziMarketing" in the list
  5. Click on EaziMarketing and then click "Remove"
  6. Confirm deletion when prompted

What This Does:

  • Revokes EaziMarketing's access to your Facebook/Instagram account
  • Deletes access tokens from our database (immediate)
  • Stops all scheduled posts to Facebook/Instagram
  • Removes your profile information from our systems

Note: This does NOT delete posts already published to your Facebook/Instagram pages. Those remain on your social media accounts.

3. Remove Twitter/X Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find Twitter/X
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From Twitter/X Settings

  1. Go to twitter.com/settings/connected_apps
  2. Find EaziMarketing in the list of connected apps
  3. Click "Revoke access"
  4. Confirm when prompted

This immediately revokes our access and deletes your Twitter tokens from our database.

4. Remove LinkedIn Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find LinkedIn
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From LinkedIn Settings

  1. Go to linkedin.com/psettings/permitted-services
  2. Find EaziMarketing in the list
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Confirm deletion

5. Remove YouTube (Google) Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find YouTube
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From Google Account Permissions

  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find EaziMarketing in the list of apps with account access
  3. Click on EaziMarketing
  4. Click "Remove Access"
  5. Confirm when prompted

This revokes EaziMarketing's access to your YouTube channel and Google account permissions.

6. Remove TikTok Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find TikTok
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From TikTok Settings

  1. Open the TikTok app or go to tiktok.com/setting
  2. Go to Settings and Privacy → Security
  3. Select "Manage apps"
  4. Find EaziMarketing
  5. Click "Remove" or "Revoke access"

7. Remove Pinterest Access

Method 1: From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find Pinterest
  4. Click "Disconnect"

Method 2: From Pinterest Settings

  1. Go to pinterest.com/settings
  2. Select "Apps" from the left menu
  3. Find EaziMarketing
  4. Click "Remove"
  5. Confirm deletion

8. Remove WordPress Integration

From EaziMarketing Dashboard

  1. Log into EaziMarketing
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations
  3. Find WordPress
  4. Click "Disconnect"

This will delete your WordPress credentials from our database. No data is deleted from your WordPress site.

Optional: Revoke Application Passwords (if used)

  1. Log into your WordPress admin dashboard
  2. Go to Users → Profile
  3. Scroll down to "Application Passwords"
  4. Find the password used for EaziMarketing
  5. Click "Revoke"

9. Your Data Protection Rights

Under GDPR (European Users):

  • Right to erasure: Delete all your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Right to access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data
  • Right to restriction: Limit how we use your data
  • Right to data portability: Export your data in machine-readable format
  • Right to object: Object to processing of your data

Under CCPA (California Residents):

  • Right to delete: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Right to know: Know what data we collect and how it's used
  • Right to opt-out: Opt-out of data sales (Note: We do not sell your data)
  • Right to non-discrimination: Equal service regardless of privacy choices

10. What Happens After Deletion Request

Immediate Actions (Within 24 hours):

  • Account access disabled - you cannot log in
  • All social media access tokens deleted
  • Scheduled posts cancelled
  • Active campaigns stopped

Within 30 Days:

  • All personal information deleted or anonymized
  • Content data removed from active database
  • Analytics and usage data deleted
  • Profile information removed

Within 90 Days:

  • Data removed from all backup systems
  • Complete deletion process finalized

Data We May Retain (Legal Requirements):

  • Transaction records (for tax/accounting purposes, as required by law)
  • Dispute resolution records (until resolved)
  • Security incident logs (for legal/safety purposes)

Note: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your campaigns, content, and data will be lost forever.
